Meet the Service Staff

The Service Department is currently staffed with over twenty-five individuals; shop manager, scheduler, two service writers, twenty two mechanics, and two yard persons. Here are some of our key individuals:

  Greg Cox
  Service Manager

  Greg has been with Booth Machinery for over a year and is our Service Manager. He brings with him over 20 years of experience working in Construction Equipment Service Departments. Greg enjoys working with people and especially working in a family owned dealership like Booth Machinery.

  Ocatvio Meza
  Service

  Octavio has held several jobs with Booth Machinery. His latest endeavor is to combine service scheduling of jobs with outside service sales. Octavio has been with Booth Machinery over 20 years and has over 26 years experience in the farm equipment industry. Customers will find Octavio in the shop during the peak season and out in the field during the off-season. His vast experience allows him to catch minor problems before they become a major headache. Let Octavio inspect your equipment prior to your next season of use and see what a difference it makes in your machines uptime.

  Service

  Julie is another seasoned veteran with over 29 years of experience in the parts and the service departments of farm equipment dealerships. Julie's main responsibilities are the submission of warranty claims, helping quote repair work, and resolving any customer billing problems that pertain to work orders.

  Forrest Hamilton
  Service

  Forrest brings 20 plus years of experience working with John Deere Equipment to Booth Machinery. He enjoys working with customers to figure out what is the most cost effective way to maintain or repair a piece of equipment. Forrest is a great resource to our customers for their green equipment.

  Karen Medrano
  Service

  Karen is another recent hire by Booth Machinery. As a booker for Booth, Karen types up and submits work orders for payment. Karen enjoys learning new things and working with the Service Technicians.
