The Staff

The Service Department is currently staffed with over twenty-five individuals; shop manager, scheduler, two service writers, twenty two mechanics, and two yard persons. Here are some of our key individuals:

	Alex Suarez Our Service Manager has been with Booth Machinery for over 10 years. As service manager Alex’s main responsibility is to oversee the daily operation of the Service Department. Alex’s organization skills have proven valuable in making certain that our customer’s machinery is worked on by trained technicians and is repaired as quickly as possible. jsuarez@boothmachineryinc.com
	Octavio Meza Octavio has held several jobs with Booth Machinery. His latest endeavor is to combine service scheduling of jobs with outside service sales. Octavio has been with Booth Machinery over 20 years and has over 26 years experience in the farm equipment industry. Customers will find Octavio in the shop during the peak season and out in the field during the off-season. His vast experience allows him to catch minor problems before they become a major headache. 	Jose Arias Jose has been with Booth Machinery for 17 years. During that time he has had a variety of job experiences that have prepared him for the position of trainer. Jose is on the floor supervising techs that are inexperienced if performing a particular repair. This helps assure that what ever our techs are working on, an experienced individual is there overseeing the job to make certain that it is done right. jarias@boothmachineryinc.com
	Julie Frist Julie is another seasoned veteran with over 29 years of experience in the parts and the service departments of farm equipment dealerships. Julie's main responsibilities are the submission of warranty claims, helping quote repair work, and resolving any customer billing problems that pertain to work orders. jfrist@boothmachineryinc.com
